 New bin Laden tape to be broadcast by al-Jazeera TV, says CNN 12/26/2001 15:29 Washington (dpa) - Pan-Arabic cable news channel al-Jazeera has obtained a new videotape from suspected terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden that was apparently taped three months after the September 11 attacks, CNN reported Wednesday. The Cable News Network planned to broadcast excerpts from the tape later Wednesday once they are cleared for content, and al-Jazeera would screen the full video address on Thursday, CNN said. |
